Added Worldspace FireEyes. Provides in-browser testing of the DOM and has ability to specifically test the use of ARIA.

Support

We have some limitations in what assistive technologies (AT), e.g. screenreaders, we can actively support. In that regard, this is what we support and test with:

  • support latest NVDA on latest Firefox
  • test against latest NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS
  • we'll accept patches for other/older AT if:
    • the code is maintainable/not super hacky
    • relatively small file size
    • doesn't break proper ARIA for conforming AT
